C-FERST is very user friendly and contains important information about air quality.
At this time, there is not a drinking water layer or a walkability layer available. A full list of C-FERST MAP Layers can be found here: C-FERST Map Layers (https://www.epa.gov/sites/production/files/2016-09/documents/c-ferst_maplayers_revised_cm508.pdf) (PDF)(20 pp, 738 K). C-FERST and EJSCREEN can be complimentary. Users could identify communities of interest with EJSCREEN and then use C-FERST to take a closer look at that community, using C-FERST guides for community assessments and potential solutions. The C-FERST team is researching what drinking water quality data could be added, and is also looking into the possibility of adding health outcomes in the future. Current information on Drinking Water is included in the Issue Profiles, with a link to Drinking Water Resources for Community Health (https://www.epa.gov/communityhealth/drinking-water-resources-community-health).
